Take a spoon of bath gel, add a teaspoon of olive oil and 3 spoons of salt or sugar. Blend together and massage the whole body with a circular motion. Then rinse off.

Moisturize
To maintain soft and glossy skin, you should remember to moisturize
it properly. You can lubricate and protect your skin from drying by
using cosmetics enriched in natural essential oils. Some of the most
popular moisturizers are macadamia oil, karate butter, cocoa butter.
This fats are easily absorbed and have regenerating and nourishing
properties. To prevent skin from getting dry, you can treat it with olive oil as well.

Nourishing bath
Add a small cup of honey into a
liter of warm milk, melt it and then add to a warm bath. This treatment
will make your skin really soft.
Dry skin mask
Blend 1 egg yolk, coffee spoon
of honey, half coffee spoon of olive oil. Apply to face and leave for
about 20 minutes. Then rinse of with a warm water and pat dry.
Camomilla hair rinse
Inundate a half cup of dried chamomile flowers with 4 cups of boiling
water and keep boiling for 5 minutes. Rinse your hair just after you
wash them. You will notice your hair to become glossy and soft to touch.
