Natural Recipes: Homemade Body Scrubs Full Of Fruits

We used to exfoliate our body with body brushes, body scrub cosmetics, loofah or sponges & CO.
Most of those works really well, but why not to try some natural body scrubs that you can easily make yourself at home? I would like you to try some homemade fruity scrubs. They are 100% natural and contain a lot of natural vitamins and enzymes present in fresh fruit. They will take care of your skin gently to make it glowing. What is more, they smell really nice.
We can use many different ingredient to prepare body scrub - below you will find the following recipes:
* Papaya & coconut flakes body scrub
* Ripe strawberry & coffee scrub
* Fresh peach and almond natural scrub
* Kiwi & oatmeal natural body peeling

Papaya & Coconut Flakes Homemade Body Scrub
Peeled papaya, 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes, few drops of olive oil (optionally)
Put chopped papaya into a glass container, blend until it reaches smooth consistency. Add coconut flakes and mix together with your fingers. You can optionally add few drops of olive oil to make it more nutrient and creamy. Apply the mixture to your skin and rub with smooth circular motions (exactly the same way you do normally to exfoliate skin ). Then rinse with warm water.
Papaya leaves skin smooth and supple. This mask exfoliates and nourishes your skin.
Strawberry & Coffee Natural Scrub That Cleanses Skin And Helps With Cellulite
A cup of ripe strawberries, tablespoon of ground coffee
Mash strawberries, add ground coffee and mix until you get pasty consistency. Apply to skin and massage with circular motions. This scrub smells in a really particular way!
Strawberries smooth the skin out, while coffee is an excellent way to treat and prevent cellulite.
Fresh Peach And Almond Natural Scrub
1 juicy peach, few almonds, tablespoon of olive oil
Grind almonds using a coffee grounder or food processor. It has to be of fine-grained, sandy consistency in order not to scratch the skin. Remove the peach stone, put chopped peach into a glass container and blend until smooth. Add grinded almonds and olive oil. Mix altogether until the creamy paste is ready. Rub onto skin, rinse off with warm water.
It exfoliates and moisturizes the skin. If you love peaches, you have to try this!
Kiwi & Oatmeal Natural Body Peeling That Is Perfect To Treat Oily Back And Acne Problems
Fresh ripe kiwi, 3 spoons of oatmeal, about 5-6 spoons of boiling water
Put oatmeal into a cup, pour boiling water into the cup - it should cover the oatmeal. Leave for few minutes. In meantime, peel kiwi and blend it for a few seconds. When oatmeal absorbes water and it cools down, put it into the container with kiwi, and blend altogether to receive a creamy paste. Apply to skin and massage for a while, then rinse off. In case you would like to cleanse oily skin on your back and to cure acne, ask somebody to apply the mixture on your back and to massage it into your skin while you lie down. Then leave it for 5-10 minutes and take a shower.
Kiwi and oatmeal are both full of natural vitamins and enzymes that cleanse gently the skin, make it soft to touch and help to get rid of pimples.
Tips For All Scrubs
Remember not to exfoliate skin soon after tanning, if you are sunburned, if you have small wounds or irritated zones on the skin surface or if you are allergic to some of the ingredients that the peeling contains. To achieve best results, body scrub should be applied on moist skin - the best time is after you took a shower.
You should include body scrubs in your beauty routine, because they are great to remove dead skin cells and impurities from your skin. They also nourish it with natural vitamins and minerals. As a result skin remains smooth, fresh and healthy.
